Prepare and enjoy the lesser-known and tastiest traditional Tuscan recipes.

You can choose the main course from 3 options each:

  • Fresh egg pasta (maltagliati) with a sauce of your choice from meat sauce/white meat sauce/vegetarian sauce with seasonal vegetables
  • Fresh egg pasta (tagliatelle) with a sauce of your choice of meat sauce/white meat sauce/vegetarian sauce with seasonal vegetables
  • Pappa al pomodoro with stracciatella di bufala and basil (typical Tuscan dish)

2nd main course to choose from:

  • Peposo alla Fornacina (typical Tuscan dish)
  • Beef stew
  • Rabbit cacciatore

Dessert:

  • Tiramisu
Cooking course

Pizza dough making can be chosen for a course upon request.

2 main courses (or 1 main course + dessert)€90 per person (€70 for children)

The course takes about 2 to 3 hours and is conducted in the morning inside the restaurant kitchen.

The choice of dishes must be made at the time of participation request, which must be at least 24 hours in advance.

A minimum participation of 3 people is required.
